What photos to include
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
1. Monitor
- Front of the screen
- Any labels or model numbers (back or bottom if accessible)
2. Camera
- Close-up of the camera
- Any part numbers or labels
3. Cable Connections
- Where the camera connects to the cable
- Where the cable connects to the monitor or system
4. Overall Setup (if possible)
- A wider photo showing how everything is installed
- This helps us understand your configuration
Tips for better photos
- Make sure images are clear and not blurry
- Take photos in good lighting
- Get close enough to read labels or part numbers
- Include multiple angles if needed
Common issues
- Blurry photos → Hard to identify parts
