How to Submit Photos for Faster Support

Photos help us quickly identify your system, diagnose issues, and recommend the correct parts.
Providing clear images can significantly reduce back-and-forth and get you a faster solution.

What photos to include

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

1. Monitor

  • Front of the screen
  • Any labels or model numbers (back or bottom if accessible)

2. Camera

  • Close-up of the camera
  • Any part numbers or labels

3. Cable Connections

  • Where the camera connects to the cable
  • Where the cable connects to the monitor or system

4. Overall Setup (if possible)

  • A wider photo showing how everything is installed
  • This helps us understand your configuration

Tips for better photos

  • Make sure images are clear and not blurry
  • Take photos in good lighting
  • Get close enough to read labels or part numbers
  • Include multiple angles if needed

Common issues

  • Blurry photos → Hard to identify parts
  • Missing labels → Slows down support
  • Only sending one image → May require follow-up

When to send photos

We recommend including photos when:

  • You’re ordering replacement parts
