When to request an RMA Link
- A defective item has been confirmed through troubleshooting
- You received the wrong item
- You want to return or exchange an item
- You want to return or replace a product
What you need to submit the form
- Order number
- Photo of the defective or incorrect item
- Proof of purchase
Once the form is submitted and reviewed by the team, a customer service representative will send an RMA number via email to reference when shipping the item back.
Return Window and Eligibility
- Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange
- Refunds are issued in the original payment form
- Credit card refunds appear within 3-5 business days
- Check refunds are issued 10 business days after the date of purchase
- Shipping fees are not refunded
- Warranty replacements are covered for 1 year from purchase

RMA Types
Standard RMA
The customer ships the item back to RVS. Once received, RVS processes one of the following based on the customer's request:
- Refund: Issued once the item is received, minus shipping fees
- Exchange: Customer receives a different item; price differences are processed at this time
- Replacement: Customer receives the same item as a warranty replacement
Advanced RMA
RVS ships the replacement or exchange item to the customer before receiving the original. A credit card is collected upfront and refunded once the original item is received back.
Advanced RMA applies to defective items, incorrect items received, and items the customer wants to exchange.
Return Conditions
A return may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% if the following conditions are not met:
- Item must be in original packaging with all accessories included
- Use a separate shipping box -- do not write on the original packaging
- Cut or damaged cables void the warranty
- Damage from poor packaging or during transit voids the warranty
- Include the invoice and reason for return; specify defects if applicable
- The item must be shipped within two weeks of receiving the RMA number

- Determine that an RMA is needed based on troubleshooting

- You will need the original order number, a photo of the item, and proof of purchase
- Once the form is submitted and reviewed, the team will reach out and provide an RMA number
- Write the RMA number on the outer box and ship via insured ground service with tracking to:
