FedEx P&D System Part Number History

RVS has sold several generations of FedEx P&D camera systems since 2021. When you contact support about a replacement part or compatibility issue, the first step is identifying which system generation you have. This article maps each system generation to its components and cross-references old part numbers with current SKUs.

Generation 2: PD-062710-1 / RVS-162710-K-1 (Jan 2022 - June 2025)

This generation introduced AHD cameras. Cameras now include "-AHD" in their part numbers. The monitor changed to the 6137Q-AHD-MON-PD, but the power harness (PD-504) and cable SKUs stayed the same.

This generation uses the 96-MON-PD monitor and the PD-504-AHD power harness. Camera SKUs are the same as Generation 2.

Current Systems: PD-6137Q-FHD / MN-M147D / PD-96D

These are the current generation systems. Several components have been renumbered with new SKUs. The connector type also changed from the PD-116 series Y-adapter to the SN-U16.

PD-6137Q-FHD (formerly PD-6137Q-AHD)

Uses a 20-pin power harness. Wire colors same as those of previous generations.

MN-M147D (Alt model for the PD-6137Q-FHD)

Uses the PW-M144 20-pin power harness. Wire color assignments differ from other systems:

PD-96D (Discontinued March 2026)

Connector Transition Note

Older systems use the PD-116 series Y-adapter connector. Current systems use the SN-U16 connector. These are not interchangeable. When ordering a replacement Y-adapter or sensor harness, confirm which connector type the system uses before recommending a part.
